Maintenance Tech to CMRP
Industrial maintenance is the trade that keeps a plant making money, and it is one of very few where the flagship credential has no prerequisite at all: you can plan for it from your first day as a helper. This path teaches the machinery first (bearings, alignment, drives, hydraulics, controls), then the energy-control rules that govern every task you will ever do on it, then the reliability methods and the CMRP and CMRT certifications that price the work.
Goal credential: Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
